Leading the Way in Kazakhstan

ESS Support Services LLP Kazakhstan (part of Compass Group Plc) has contracted with NewLeaders for us to provide an overall"Outsourced Solution" for the implementation and administration of its Future Leaders Programme.

Delivery of a programme of short courses in management and leadership skills has already begun at locations in Atyrau and Tengiz.These are a blended mix of face to face training and eLearning and are taught in Russian by trainers from KIMEP, one of Kazakhstan's leading universities. Successful students will receive a certificate that is jointly awarded by NewLeaders and KIMEP.

eLearning programmes in Russian that lead to the award of internationally accredited Certificates and Diplomas in Administrative Management and Financial Accounting will start in July.
