New Leaders' programmes lead to Vocational Qualifications that relate directly to the competencies required to do a particular job. Students will therefore already be in work. Typically, they will work for companies and organisations that place importance on ensuring that their personnel are competent and qualified to the highest appropriate international standards.

Students studying at Diploma level will, in many instances, already have a university degree in a non-business related subject, or they may have begun their learning journey with our Introductory Certificate.

This is aimed at school leavers entering the world of work. It enables them to start out on a journey of personal development based on progression through a journey of lifelong learning via our Certificates, Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas to graduate and post graduate study at UK, North American and local universities.
